Incredible experience. Truly a dream like Villa to stay at. From the entrance to the first host welcoming you it feels like 5 star luxury. We stayed in the Master Suite and it was amazing. The amenities, bar, location and staff are A+. We had the time of our lives celebrating our anniversary here. It was worth the price, my wife and I are planning the next time we come back. I highly recommend staying here

It’s a beautiful property but the service is lacking. It’s been over a year since we stayed, but since staying in other five star hotels — it’s become clear how terrible the service was compared to the cost. My partner was experiencing a medical issue and when we asked the front desk if they had any medicine or doctor we could call, they put us in a 100 euro taxi to go 2 minutes down the road to a pharmacy — without warning of the cost. That’s a scenario where they should have a car on hand to facilitate their guests getting necessary care. Every time we asked a question of the front desk we were met with blank stares. The rooms were also very small for the cost. Highly recommend staying in more established hotels that have earned their status based on decades of customer service — we’re definitely not people who think the customer is always right, but for this price, there should be more care given.

The room and everything else was good except that I have experienced some items that were missing. The manager took the proper action to manage the situation and the items were back. It turns out that the housekeeper unintentionally took the items thinking that was garbage. I was compensated on that as well.

Location che ti porta fuori dal mondo… relax. Cucina ottima ,buoni accostamenti e qualità alta. Complimenti per il pane che alza il livello del tavolo. Servizio ok

We had a two-bedroom suite with a patio overlooking the lake. The service was great...the property was perfect. Great areas that felt so quaint and romantic to have cocktails or hang our from the lake doc to under the enormous trees down below to the pool area. The staff was wonderful the food was delicious.

Wow! It doesn't get much better than Villa Lario. The incredible views, the delicious food, the wonderful staff - it really is one of a kind and the best place to stay in Lake Como. ||We stayed in the new Palazzo suites which are right down on the lakefront in beautifully modern rooms. The shower was particularly excellent. ||As it is a boutique property, you get to know the staff and we loved being greeted by the same faces every morning for breakfast. The complimentary morning yoga is also a really lovely touch ||If I could spend the rest of my life waking up to the sound of the lapping of the lake coming through the windows of Villa Lario, I would! |
